We are in 5 years pioneer in managing budget hotels. Therefore, we thanked our clients. We have few budget hotels. We manage, develop and marketing the budget hotels. One of the budget hotels is The Base Hotels - Kuala Kubu Bharu of Selangor State. We also manage Base Suntex Hotel, Cheras in Kuala Lumpur. Although it known as budget hotel, the services we provide are as 3-star and looking forward to carry beyond.

We continue to hone our proven processes for operational efficiencies, marketing strategies, and technical applications, even as the industry totally changed in 2020. Fueled by entrepreneurial spirit, we have adapted to meet the needs to hotels working to stay in business, streamline operations and even find profitability during and after the Covid-19 pandemic.

We do successfully manage and operate the facilities and increase company profit through performance index, quality exceptional service and marketing. Developing and managed health and safety plans in the workplace according to legal guidelines to our guest and among our staff.
Human resource utilization is the extent to which available human resources are deployed effectively for the maximum achievement of individual, collective, organizational or national goals and objectives.
Extensive training provided in terms of handling guests, room checking-in/check-out, information about hotels and its facilities, handling guests complaints and provide solutions. Supervise staffs of all front desk activities, phone calls, and emails and maint. Besides we perform reviews & feedbacks concurrently.
Housekeeping is the management of household affairs. Primary training is to maintain the cleanliness standard of hotel, syllable lies with technical skills, attitude, personal development and knowledge skills. We construct housekeepers to implement day to day tasks efficiently, safely and appropriately.
Food & Beverage services engages itself in the provision to the people who are away from their homes. Our F&B service manager and chef will provides menus which satisfies our guests. Trained staffs serves and provide information about dishes in simple and clear way which satisfies our guests hunger and thirst.
Banquet service is a range of service styles for large catered events, such as weddings, award ceremonies, charity dinners, and sports team banquets. Banquet service style features with plated food, buffet or food stations.
In banqueting we provide training for our staffs according to standard of table etiquette.
